At Be Captivating we are committed to providing you the best! This theme is not just for our products but our order process as well. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment unless otherwise noted. Our shipping will take 4-6 days to reach you and a tracking number will be provided.
No shipping on weekends and Holidays.
If you received your order and want to make a change please email us at email@example.com. When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. For more information please email us!
